As a Data Science Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will:

Build robust, end-to-end AI pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring

Essential Requirements
Proven experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influencing product direction.
Strong programming skills in Python , with hands-on experience using ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch , TensorFlow , or similar.
Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to own and lead end-to-end projects independently.
Demonstrated ability to clearly explain statistical and algorithmic techniques at varying levels of technical depth.
Experience building and deploying large-scale, production-ready machine learning systems and developing agentic AI solutions, such as tool-using agents, autonomous task workflows, or reasoning-based systems.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of industry experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role or equivalent experience
Familiarity with building GenAI applications that enhance developer productivity , code generation, or documentation assistance, designing and optimizing prompts and templates for LLM-based applications, LLM frameworks such as LangChain , LlamaIndex , or similar open-source tools, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or autonomous agents powered by LLMs.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.
