Your key responsibilities

You’ll spend your time supporting client engagements by reviewing staff work product, coordinating with clients and internal team members, managing deadlines, and tracking engagement economics. To qualify for the role you must have

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a graduate degree in Tax or Law and approximately three years of related work experience.
• Progress toward (or completion of) a valid CPA certification or licensed attorney status
• A background in tax compliance and accounting for income tax and a broad understanding of US income taxation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and data mining tools
• The ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects, and the confidence to engage and integrate directly into our clients’ teams
• Fluency in Japanese
• Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

Skills and attributes for success

• Commercial – as part of the team you will regularly advise businesses on valuations issues with regards to acquisition or divestitures and provide fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings.
• Regulatory and Accounting – you will work with management as part of an acquisition process to understand how the value of acquired intangible and financial assets will impact accounting requirements.
• Taxation – you will regularly undertake valuations for fiscal purposes in the US market and advise clients on all aspects of US tax valuation issues.
• Intangible Assets – within the team you would specialize in the valuation of Intangible assets such as trademarks, brand names, core deposit intangibles, customer relationships, banking and other licenses, patents, technology and know-how.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business and at least 2 years of related business valuation work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Previous Business Valuation experience.
• Financial modeling skills including experience building models from scratch.
• Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Ideally, you will have

• Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Financial modeling experience.
• Achievement of or significant progress towards a CFA.
• ASA/AM designations are a plus with the expectation of one completed designation within a given timeframe.

Transformation Architecture and Delivery_ Senior Consultant

You’ll contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, product management approaches, and value realization structures. Your work will support the implementation of transformation offices (TMO, VMO, EPMO) and help clients optimize performance across workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

As a MSFT Alliance SE, you’ll be responsible for leading the Alliance sales activity by delivering against defined sales and pipeline targets. You’ll build relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits and drive sales directly in the market. • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $221,410 to $280,070 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $265,650 to $318,290 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
