Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment and knowledge of GMP.
- Experience with Project Management tools.
- Experience in New Product Introduction environment including Phase-Gate process experience.
- Experienced CAD user, demonstrated capabilities in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Experience using industry Problem Solving Tools such as 8D, Fishbone/Cause-Effect, or CAPA methodology.
- Experience using Quality & Statistical tools such as PFMEA, control charting, pareto, and histograms.
- Experience and proven skill in written and verbal business communications, organizational communications, reporting metrics.


Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or advanced Engineering degree preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects with accelerated schedules.
- Proven analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in manufacturing / process improvement (eg. Lean-Six Sigma).
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP systems, and Tool / Equipment programming.
- Self-motivated and able to solve problems independently and in team settings.
- Experience with Process Optimization Tools including Programming, Mapping, Simulation or various algorithms.

Job Summary (Primary function)

The Principal Biostatistician is responsible for providing statistical support for drug development programs in all phases of development.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)

  • Participate in the development and enforcement of SOPs and guidelines.
  • Participate in pre-IND and NDA activities.
  • Participate and contribute to authoring of Clinical Development Plan.
  • Assist in writing relevant sections of the clinical study report.
  • Interpret study results and provide review of statistical summary reports of study results for accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in creating analysis dataset specifications and programming of tables, listings, and figures.
  • Monitor internal and CRO project activities including timelines, deliverables and availability of resources.
  • Write statistical analysis plans.
  • Interact with members of the multidisciplinary project teams to establish project timelines. Provide statistical input to study protocols.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)

  • Familiarity with multivariate analyses and biomarker analyses is beneficial.
  • Experience in collaborating with health authorities, including discussions and negotiations in filing strategies, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using SAS to perform efficacy analyses and validate important data derivations when necessary.
  • Able to effectively communicate their ideas and to manage team members in a constructive manner.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively in project management and decision making.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries and a broad knowledge of biostatistics is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Advanced degree in statistics or equivalent experience preferred.

As a Software Engineer in the Software Engineer Program (SEP) at JPMorgan Chase, you will embark on a global two-year career development journey. Job Responsibilities

  • Execute basic software solution, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
  • Write secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with peer guidance
  • Interpret architecture and design representations as well as nonfunctional requirements to develop secure, stable software against a defined architecture
  • Apply automation to reduce manual toil in the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize basic data sets to troubleshoot technical issues and generate insights for continuous improvements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S. or 5th year M.A. or M.S. with expected graduation between August 2025, and December 2025
  • You should have graduated and be available to start full time employment in February 2026
  • A well-rounded academic background
  • Baseline knowledge of software, applications and technical processes within a given technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
  • Ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative culture.
  • Foundational knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, React, JavaScript, Java, C++, C#), databases, data structures and algorithms
