A Technical Account Representative TAM is an important role at tech companies, especially at Expoint, the premier job searching platform devoted solely to the technology industry. The role of a TAM is to serve as a reliable and knowledgeable point of contact for clients who need on-site support for complex tech solutions. A successful TAM should have a thorough knowledge of Expoint technology, products and procedures, as well as excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. TAMs must be able to think quickly to diagnose and resolve tech issues reported by clients. As well, they must be able to identify opportunities for product enhancements or additional services that will improve customer satisfaction. TAMs also collaborate with other Expoint departments, such as Engineering and Support, to follow up on discrepancies and track progress on tech operations, as well as advise internal teams on strategies for improved customer service. In addition to providing technical support, TAMs must also be able to inform clients about the latest Expoint products, services, and industry-related news. They must be able to build positive relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions that will positively impact their businesses. At Expoint, Technical Account Representatives must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time management skills. As members of the Expoint team, TAMs must have a passion for innovating and changing the way we do technology. They must also apply the company’s core values of customer success, integrity, and accountability in all aspects of their work.
