  • Execute strategies to achieve both national and individual goals and quotas within your assigned region
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the biosimilar, specialty, and generic pharmaceutical industries, including contracting, distribution/wholesaler channels, pricing structures, chargeback programs, institutional sales, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), clinics, buy & bill models, reimbursement, and market access

Your experience and qualifications

The Strategy Counsel Regional Alphabet Regulatory Response Role is a key position in the tech industry specialized in facilitating responses to governmental regulations. This role works with legal and compliance departments to understand the regulations and how to respond to them effectively. From there, they create and implement strategies to ensure compliance while also having a deep understanding of the laws surrounding funding and organization structure. The Strategy Counsel is experienced in developing and managing projects that require compliance across a wide array of governmental regulations and global legislation. This individual works closely with executive leadership to ensure their strategic initiatives are followed, and their compliance needs are on track. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and execute projects independently. Strategy Counsel must be able to gather information from multiple sources, quickly process and interpret the legal language, and provide counsel on the most effective strategies. They must have a solid understanding of the financial context of their company’s strategic objectives and the governmental regulations that can conflict with these objectives. Strategy Counsel works on a regional level, which means they must understand the impact of changing regulations in their region. Additionally, they may be asked to collaborate with global affiliates of their company,working to ensure that all parties are compliant in different regions.
