There is also a great emphasis on being proficient in leading and guiding teams of software engineers. This will involve ensuring teams are aware of coding best practices, new technologies, and facilitating discussion of software design/architecture with stakeholders. To work within the team at Expoint, you must have a strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, be comfortable in developing thoughtful code that considers maintainability and performance. You need to be up for the challenge of providing technical leadership and guidance to the software engineering team, which includes the development of software improvement strategies, planning and executing short and long-term goals.
