Software Architects are responsible for designing and overseeing the development of software systems. They work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and translate them into technical requirements. They use their deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies and design patterns to create scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems.
Software Architects are responsible for creating the overall architecture of the software and define the structure, components, interfaces, and data for the system. They also play a key role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with the software development and ensure that the software is developed in accordance with industry standards and best practices. They also have experience with cloud-based solutions and distributed systems, and have a deep understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
