As a Senior Instructional Designer at Expoint, you will have a unique opportunity to help craft engaging and effective solutions for our customers. You will have responsibility for analyzing customer requirements and designing, developing, and maintaining digital learning objects, courses, and assessments. You will work with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure that the learning environment meets the customer’s needs and is optimized for the technology platforms they use. As a senior member of the instructional design team, you will be expected to take initiative and be proactive in understanding customer needs and proposing solutions. You should have a strong understanding of instructional design theory, approaches, and methodologies, as well as the ability to articulate complex concepts and recommendations in a concise manner. As a technical expert, you will have responsibility for staying current on the latest educational technologies to drive high-impact, effective learning solutions.
