We are looking for an experienced, highly-motivated operations professional ready to lead and deliver operational excellence in the tech industry. As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational case studies, customer service activities and exceeding operational goals in the region.
You must be creative, organized, and able to think strategically and develop action plans that drive business objectives. Your success in this position will be evaluated by your ability to ensure that assigned projects are completed on time, adequately planned and in line with strategic business goals.
Responsibilities of the Regional Operations Manager include:
- Setting up and authorizing the regional operating processes
- Developing regional customer service strategy and ensuring implementation
- Leading regional teams and exercising control over their performance
- Identifying, mitigating and mitigating risks in the region
- Negotiating with local contractors, government and others
- Assessing current operational needs and using analytics to improve processes
- Providing coaching and mentorship to teams in the region
You must have extensive experience in the field of technology and management, including experience in resource planning, budgeting and project management. To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent problem solver with the ability to analyze and negotiate successfully.
