Job Summary

The AML Governance, Sr. Analyst, will play a key role in supporting eBay’s robust governance and oversight framework for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Program. This position centers on supporting core governance functions such as:

• Exam management: Coordinating regulatory examinations and internal audit requests to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
• Issue management: Generating reports and providing status updates on both internal and external issues affecting the AML program.
• Policy management: Assisting with periodic refresh cycles for AML and Sanctions policies to maintain ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Training: Supporting the delivery of AML compliance training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional experience in compliance, AML, risk management, or financial crime prevention, preferably within a regulated financial services or payments environment.
• Familiarity with AML governance, training protocols, and regulatory obligations (e.g., BSA, FinCEN).
• Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience employed in an AML Compliance department.
• AML certification (e.g., CAMS, CFE) or equivalent credential.
• Understanding of data analytics for compliance risk monitoring.
• Prior experience with enterprise compliance frameworks and online learning platforms.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with OFAC and non-US Sanctions laws, regulations, and compliance requirements (including reporting and record retention).

• Strong organizational skills with project management experience.

As a
Lead Design Operations Project Manager , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Focus on leading a diverse array of projects from simple to highly complex global packaging artwork through production art, approvals and through printing.
• Ability to lead creative / design and adaptation projects if needed.
• Drive global artwork consistency and design content accuracy within brand guidelines, while effectively managing details and proof-reading artwork.
• Understand packaging artwork requirements, including working with die lines, net contents, regulatory and warning texts, color and printing methods.
• Collaborate across many functions/disciplines within 3M (marketing, manufacturing, packaging engineering, regulatory, etc.) and with external agencies and printing companies.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills, keeping projects on brand, budget and on time.
• Manage project estimates, budget and timelines with internal and external partners.
• Strong knowledge of consumer brand design methodologies, including managing large global packaging redesigns from concept through production art to print.
• Adapt and work well with defined approaches, systems, best practices and processes.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external agency partners.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High school diploma/ GED equivalent (completed and verified prior to start)
• Ten (10) years combined working experience in project management for packaging on production art within corporate, creative, agency and /or printing industry in a private, public, government or military environment
• Ten (10) years of experience in consumer packaging industry.
• Ten (10) years of experience in packaging artwork production with strong graphic design acumen.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• In-depth packaging design knowledge and experience with print production.
• Knowledge of packaging regulation and uniform packaging laws is important.
• Knowledge of consumer goods packaging industry.
• Experience in consumer healthcare industry.
• Understanding of current print and pre-press industry processes (offset, flexo, digital,
  gravure, etc.).
• Working knowledge of review tools, project management software, and Power BI applications.
• Ability to manage high volumes, shifting priorities, and tight timelines.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, time management and attention to detail, combined with a strategic approach.

Work location:

• This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

Job Description:

Intermediate SOC Analyst (L2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM, EDR, and other security platforms to identify potential threats.
• Perform in-depth investigation of suspicious activity, correlating data across multiple sources to determine scope and impact.
• Lead the resolution of low to moderately complex security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery actions.
• Escalate confirmed incidents to L3 analysts or incident response teams with detailed documentation and recommendations.
• Support containment and remediation efforts during active incidents.
• Conduct initial root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews to identify gaps and improve future response efforts.

• Leverage threat intelligence, behavioral analytics, and contextual data to enhance detection, investigation, and resolution capabilities.
• Collaborate with detection engineering teams to develop, test, and tune detection rules and use cases.
• Perform basic malware analysis, log correlation, and network traffic inspection to support incident resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the threat landscape, including attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and apply this knowledge to improve incident handling.

• Work closely with IT, OT, and business units to validate alerts, gather context, and coordinate incident resolution efforts.
• Document investigation steps, findings, and resolution actions in a clear, structured, and timely manner.
• Participate in SOC shift rotations to ensure 24/7 monitoring and rapid response to security events.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, and knowledge base, with a focus on enhancing incident resolution workflows

• Two (2) years of experience in a SOC or cybersecurity operations role in a private, public, government or military environment

• Effective communicator with the ability to document investigations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or GCIH

• Proficiency in analyzing alerts from SIEM, EDR, and network monitoring tools
• Familiarity with threat intelligence, basic malware analysis, and log correlation techniques
• Understanding of common attack vectors, threat actor behaviors, and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experienced in triaging and investigating security alerts across SIEM, EDR, and network platforms
• Skilled in correlating data from multiple sources to identify and escalate confirmed threats
• Proficient in supporting incident response efforts and conducting initial root cause analysis
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence and its application in operational workflows
• Effective communicator with the ability to document investigations clearly and collaborate across teams
