As a valued member of our technical team, the Operations Technician will be responsible for a range of activities and services, including but not limited to resolving customer inquiries and technical issues, setting up accounts and/or systems, and installing or troubleshooting software or hardware. As such, the successful candidate will demonstrate an expert knowledge of computer systems, operations, and customer service principles and practices. You will be responsible for communicating complex technical terms and concepts to non-technical users and evaluating customer feedback, as well as participating in system maintenance and upgrades. In this role, you will also be required to undertake some administrative tasks, such as generating reports and ensuring a standard level of excellence in customer service. While in this position, the successful candidate should have a willingness to learn and grow their technical knowledge, as well as the ability to use basic to advanced computing software.
