The Global Alliance and Ecosystem Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) team is seeking an alliance and ecosystem assistant director to manage and implement co-marketing strategies for our key Strategic 360 (S360) alliance partners. The successful candidate will be well versed in executing integrated marketing campaigns and programs. To be successful you will be a natural relationship builder and dot connector. You will also understand the importance of communicating the value alliances brings to clients both internally and externally.
You will work collaboratively with the alliances and ecosystem go-to-market teams, BMC colleagues globally, analyst relations, public relations, as well as the regions to ensure we deliver on global marketing initiatives. Externally, you will work with the marketing team from the S360(s), as well as select business leaders. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

Essential Requirements
15+ years of professional experience and working knowledge of data center power distribution and thermal technologies from servers to the data hall
Product architecture/design, testing/compliance, and installation/operational experience with high power data center equipment (MV/LV transformers, solid state transformers, energy storage, switchgear, panel boards and distribution):
Solid understanding and knowledge of and relationships with key suppliers of data center power and thermal management components
Ability to travel and to assess customer requirements, develop blueprint based on the customer's geographical area with strong verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering(Advanced degree highly preferred)

Your Experience

Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, from industry conferences to customer briefings.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $193,000 - $230,000/YR.
