As an Expoint loan servicing specialist, you will be at the center of handling customer relations and loan applications. You will play an integral role in supporting the department’s measures in making the loan process a fast, simple, and stress free experience for the customer.
In this role, you will be tasked with managing the day to day loan servicing entities. This includes processing loan applications, evaluating loan terms, and making decisions on loan qualifications. You will also be responsible for answering any inquiries customers may have about their loan process.
Additionally, you will be responsible for processing payment transactions, and ensuring accuracy of all loan documents. You must have strong knowledge of loan regulations and legislation, and understand the importance of customer confidentiality.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in loan processing and customer relations. Additionally, they should have a knack for problem solving, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
