Lead Installers need to have strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience is a plus, as is a proven track record of success. Professional certifications, such as CompTIA A+ certifications, are also desirable. Lead Installers must also provide accurate onsite estimates for product and installation services.
