Your Impact

• Partner with data scientists / ML engineers to operationalize machine learning models, integrating them into scalable production systems
• Implement automated ML pipelines and optimized performance across data ingestion, model serving, and inference workflows

Your Experience

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
• Solid experience of backend development using Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and cloud-native platforms like GCP or AWS, Kubernetes and Docker
• ​​Strong experience and knowledge with micro services, distributed systems, and performance optimization
• Proven track record of successful architecture and design for high transactions and data volume in enterprise and/or consumer facing applications
• Experience with Agile development process and embrace Agile methodologies
• Strong believer of automation test and strive for higher code coverage
• Can-do attitude on problem-solving, quality and ability to execute

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building Cloud Security products
• Experience building products with ML/AI techniques will be a big plus
• Experience to develop APIs (REST) based project using and experience with JSON
• Experience in NoSQL DB (Mongo, Cassandra) and RelationDB
• Experience in ElasticSearch, Redis and Kafka
• Experience in modern containerization (& cloud) technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

• Effectively manage critical and challenging customer support cases for multi-vendor troubleshooting on complex customer engagements and build positive external customer experience by working closely with Account, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Utilize fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to provide post-sales technical support, configuration, troubleshooting, and standard methodologies to customers
• Be the subject matter expert on core technologies of Palo Alto Networks product line
• Identify product defects (code, environment) via lab replication using network simulation, lab automation, performance testing, and validation tools
• File bug reports with the engineering team and develops test plans and best practices with Quality Assurance teams to improve overall software and hardware quality per release cycle
• Facilitate the hiring and onboarding process with technical screens, train new hires on technical and soft skills, and enable process and tools knowledge for readiness
• Author Technical Support Bulletins and technical documentation in the Knowledge Base for training materials, marketing collateral, manuals, and problem-solving guides
• Travel to customer sites in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution as required
• Provide support that includes mandatory weekend, holiday shift work and on-call support. Support includes a blend of as-needed and rotational coverage, which is subject to change.

Your Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of network security experience
• Expertise in TCP/IP and advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, expertise with general routing/switching, Routing protocols (e.g BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), branch, and center architectures
• Advanced understanding of packet flow across multiple OSI layers
• Extensive experience with troubleshooting Remote Access VPN solutions including IPSEC, PKI & SSL technologies
• Ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required
• In-depth knowledge of networking operations - TCP and UDP, SNMP, IPv6, VLSM, CIDR, and NAT - Static, Dynamic, and PAT
• Proficiency with network troubleshooting tools - Wireshark, GNS3
• Strong grasp authentication protocols - LDAP, TACACS+, Radius
• Skilled in engaging executive-level stakeholders with clear technical communication
• Proven track record of effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Consistently maintains rigorous case management practices, ensuring thorough documentation and timely updates

  • Virtualization experience (AWS, Azure, VMWare, OpenStack)

• BS in computer science, information technology, computer architecture, electrical engineering, mathematics or related experience or equivalent military experience required

Your Career

As the Principal Product Marketing Manager, Strata Cloud Manager, you will be the expert, voice and go-to-market driver for the first AI-powered, unified solution for network security management and operations. You will work closely with product management, product marketing and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the positioning, messaging and all marketing activities. You will also drive messaging and content creation for the Strata Network Security platform.

Your Impact

• Work closely with Product Management to build a shared market and product vision, and a cooperative relationship that forms the foundation of all product marketing activities
• Coach the marketing strategy and content of other Strata Cloud Manager product marketers
• Be a subject matter expert and a go-to resource for the sales and field marketing teams
• Create strong product marketing content, including datasheets, whitepapers, blogs, and presentations - you like to write and present
• Leverage an in-depth knowledge of network security to translate product capabilities into simple, compelling messages and tools that resonate with customers

Your Experience

• 10+ years of product marketing experience with a strong preference for experience in Network Security
• Deep understanding of network security domain, market trends, competitive landscape and customer requirements
• Outstanding technical, verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, from industry conferences to customer and industry analyst briefings
• Demonstrated record of working cross-functionally to drive sales, demand generation and overall organization and business success
• Experience and innovative energy to champion successful market and competitive disruption initiatives
