Job Title: Backend Engineer – Service Delivery Senior Analyst

As an FSO Technology Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field

Additional Requirements:

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying and managing ML and AI solutions.
• Strong deep learning experience, particularly in applications of Neural Network architectures to Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Intelligence, and/or Reinforcement Learning.
• Expertise in designing and deploying cloud-native architectures and solutions that leverage serverless computing, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices.
• Experience in integrating AI/ML solutions within cloud environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services like AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning & Azure AI Studio

• Senior Analysts are designated to be a Counselor for three to five Staff/Analyst level employees within three years of entering the Senior Analyst rank. The Counselor role is responsible for managing an employee’s career development, skills development and performance management.
