Expoint is looking for an experienced Finance Consultant to join our team and help our tech industry clients to make smart financial decisions. The Finance Consultant is responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analyses regarding a client’s individual business operations, environment and external economic variables. This includes gathering, validating, and interpreting financial data, preparing models and projections, making recommendations taking into consideration external industry forces, and communicating observations, trends and recommendations to clients. We seek a Finance Consultant with excellent organizational and communication skills and a solid academic background in finance and/or accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, collecting and analyzing external industry data and financial metrics, understanding the needs of each client, conducting financial analysis, and preparing financial forecast models based on various business scenarios. You should have experience in creating financial models and preparing presentations to effectively communicate findings. You should also be able to develop compelling business cases to assist in decision-making related to implementation of recommended changes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities and a technical background sufficient to use data inquiry tools, databases and other reporting tools. Additionally, a strong understanding of financial and operational processes is desirable.
