Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of operations performance of the ETCH/SRP SBU including but not limited to Service product qualification, parts quality, I&W, cost metrics/KPI tracking, delivery to plan and continuous improvement​
• Ownership and management of service quality to meet operating plan commitments and drive continuous improvement strategy and execution (contract execution, NCs etc.)​
• Partners with service product management, the product business and other functions to develop supporting operations/supply chain strategy (S&OP) & operating plans.​
• Ownership and management of cost of goods sold to meet operating plan commitments and drive continuous improvement strategy and execution (Quality, Productivity, Cost Avoidance, Volume Leverage etc.)​
• Supports development of business requirements and drives enterprise system improvement to support business needs. (QMS, OTC, MES etc) ​
• Supports selection, development and maintenance of Ops/SC partner and vendor ecosystem for refurbishment and kit clean programs
• Oversees and matrix influences all functions and partners to deliver to operations and supply chain KPIs supporting operating plan​
• Builds strong teams and cross-functional engagement across multiple geographies & external partners including FSO, AGS Engineering, BU Ops, WWOPs, Finance, Legal etc.
• Communicates operations & supply chain progress /execution to senior executives and stakeholders

Desired Skills, Competencies & Experience

• Technical degree with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience. Component or film-based ops experience servicing semiconductor markets a plus.
• Extremely proactive and strong leadership by example, can lead/manage through ambiguity
• Strong operations experience with a performance-based track record, productivity leadership experience a plus.
• Strong engineering (industrial engineering preference), quality systems, program management background i.e. PMI, Lean, Six Sigma
• Customer focused - Strong business acumen with previous engineering experience
• Highly respected technical and operations focused leader
• Experience with production line or manufacturing environment processes
• Positive can-do hands-on entrepreneurial attitude that builds support for operational needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in the Quality Domain , with demonstrated solution leadership experience in this area. Candidate should be highly skilled in SAP, with hands-on experience in S/4HANAimplementations

• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead functional teams or projects.

• Serve as an interface with multiple sub-groups within a business unit or functional area such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service, and Finance for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management, and relationship management.

• Architect and design complex business process/business application solutions to address cross-functional needs, and convert design to functional and technical specifications. Oversee software application configuration, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance), and data conversions. Identify and recommend industry best-known methods (BKMs) for integrated solution design and standards.

• Provide and/or oversee business application functional support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreements, and customer satisfaction targets. Oversee monitoring of specific IT systems or set of systems and tuning of such systems for availability and performance. Drive completion of root cause analysis and resolution of outages or incident trends, coordinating with infrastructure and technical teams, support providers, and application vendors. Drive implementation of corrective and preventative actions. Evaluate, recommend, and plan life cycle for patches, point releases, and major upgrades.

• Deliver project and support services within area of responsibility within allocated budget. Develop project budgets. Understand cost models and cost drivers for service(s) and recommend service area budgets and cost optimization activities. May be responsible for timely renewal of maintenance and subscription contracts.

• Ensure adherence to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA, and other relevant processes, standards, governance, and controls. May manage execution of SOX controls and testing, and support internal and external audits.

• Plan and manage medium to large-scale cross-functional projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with guardrails of scope, timeline, budget, and quality.

• Oversee/manage contingent workers performing services across multiple projects or service areas. Responsible for the selection, onboarding, and offboarding of contingent workers in a timely manner. Manage contingent worker project/task assignments and ensure work product quality. Approve contingent worker timesheets/costs.

• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Python, or Go), or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
  

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• 2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
  
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
• Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in C++, C, or Python.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
  

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.

• Experience with full product delivery cycle (e.g., definition, architecture, design and implementation, testing, productization).

• Master's degree or PhD in Electronics or Computer Engineering/Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture, performance and power analysis.
  
• Experience with system-level power modeling, optimizations and analysis for one or more major SoC subsystems such as memory path, multimedia, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and influence product decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and persuasion skills.
