You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and ensure that an effective emergency plan is in place. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships for multiple services, such as cleaning, alarm systems and security personnel, as well as interfacing with a variety of external contractors. Communication and organization skills are a must in this role while you act as the liaison between Expoint and the outside vendors to ensure their services are meeting the needs of the organization. Your problem-solving abilities will be utilized to handle any day-to-day operations issues. Your success in the role will be measured by your ability to create and maintain an efficient and economical operating environment.
