The Email Marketing Specialist must stay up-to-date on the latest developments in email marketing, and have the ability to stay organized to maximize customer engagement and analyze customer feeds to measure success. The Email Marketing Specialist will work with A/B testing to ensure the best engagement with campaigns, and have the ability to multitask on multiple projects. The successful candidate must demonstrate that they have experience in email design, customer profiling, campaign optimization, web analytics, testing, and customer segmentation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ESPs, Salesforce, and Pardot or similar platforms. Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Photoshop are preferred, as well as the ability to spot trends and opportunities for a competitive edge.
