To qualify for the role, you must have

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, business, economics, finance, statistics, and/or analytics)
• Minimum of 9 years’ experience in banking, capital markets, insurance, or asset management domain with at least 3 years of experience managing a team
• Superior communication (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively advocate technical solutions and results to technology and business audiences at all levels and disciplines within EY and client organizations
• Experience working independently, efficiently, and effectively under extreme time constraints and delivering results by critical deadlines

• Ability to understand business challenges and address remediations through data architecture and engineering solutions.
• Must have practical experience assisting clients with one or more of strategic Data Architecture and Engineering, Cloud Data Modernization, Data migration and Event-driven architecture, preferably focused on financial services.
• Experience architecting and designing large data platforms, data warehouses and data lakes, streaming applications, data ingestion, integration, and distribution pipelines.
• Practical experience using latest technologies for data ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, mining/warehousing, big data analytics, and visualization.
• Deep understanding of traditional data architecture practices (data warehousing, datahub, MDM, ODS etc.) as well transition to Next-Gen platform architectures such as distributed data lake and Data mesh on cloud, etc.

Your key responsibilities

As a MSFT Alliance SE, you’ll be responsible for leading the Alliance sales activity by delivering against defined sales and pipeline targets. You’ll build relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits and drive sales directly in the market. You’ll be a subject matter expert on the alliance program, MSFT powered transformations and solutions and the joint EY-MSFT value proposition. • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $221,410 to $280,070 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $265,650 to $318,290 plus participation in an incentive compensation program applicable to Sales Executives. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Legislative & Regulatory Policy, Assistant Director or Associate Director

As a Legislative & Regulatory Policy Assistant Director or Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for assisting the legislative and regulatory teams within the Office of Public Policy; monitoring, communicating, and shaping legislative and public policy activity. Must have demonstrated experience understanding policy-making processes and ability to develop written content for internal use in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Also must have strong professional networking and public policy advocacy skills.

Your key responsibilities

• Assists team with development and execution of the EY Office of Public Policy strategy, including engagement with Washington policymakers and other stakeholders.
• Develop subject matter expertise in policy areas critical to the firm, including covering congressional hearings and other related events as warranted.
• Produces written deliverables for internal use and distribution.
• At times, assists EY legislative team and/or EYPAC representative in political activities relevant to the firm’s priorities.

• Commercial – as part of the team you will regularly advise businesses on valuations issues with regards to acquisition or divestitures and provide fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings.

• Financial modelling skills including experience building models from scratch.
• Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
• You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.

• Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm.
• Financial modelling experience.
• Achievement of or significant progress towards a CFA.
• ASA/AM designations are a plus with the expectation of one completed designation within a given timeframe.
