  • Build, manage and lead a global team of over 100 passionate engineers as part of the broader EY Engineering team

  • Manage an overall budget (P&L) in excess of $XM (inc. hosting charges)
  • Design, Develop and Operate multi-tenant, global, scalable & highly available Products following the agreed Engineering Operating Model
  • Optimize ROI for development and ongoing operations costs of portfolio
  • Drive awareness, adoption and reuse of platforms across CT, EY and external partner ecosystem
  • Support, measure and continuously improve product availability through Site Reliability Engineering foundational practices (SRE, DraaS)
  • Implement DevOps Practices and establish Site Reliability Engineering capabilities across all Products

Coordinamento risorse junior e gestione del cliente.

Le skills che stiamo cercando:

  • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di controllo di gestione (e.g., planning e budgeting, variance analysis, managerial closing e riconcilation bridge, e fast closing)
  • Capacità di disegno di modelli di controllo aziendale (anche con trasformazione tecnologica e TOM)

Skills and attributes for success

  • Commercial – as part of the team you will regularly advise businesses on valuations issues with regards to acquisition or divestitures and provide fairness opinions on transactions and restructurings.
  • Regulatory and Accounting –you will work with management as part of an acquisition process to understand how the value of acquired intangible and financial assets will impact accounting requirements.
  • Taxation – you will regularly undertake valuations for fiscal purposes in the US market and advise clients on all aspects of US tax valuation issues.
  • Intangible Assets – within the team you would specialize in the valuation of Intangible assets such as trademarks, brand names, core deposit intangibles, customer relationships, banking and other licenses, patents, technology and know-how.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business and at least 5 years of related business valuation work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 4 years of related work experience.
  • Previous Business Valuation experience.
  • Financial modelling skills including experience building models from scratch.
  • Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
  • You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Ideally, you will have

  • Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm.
  • Financial modelling experience.
  • Achievement of or significant progress towards a CFA.
  • ASA/AM designations are a plus with the expectation of one completed designation within a given timeframe.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

What we offer you

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $121,600 to $222,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $145,900 to $253,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.   • Ability to understand business challenges and address remediations through data architecture and engineering solutions.
  • Must have practical experience assisting clients with one or more of strategic Data Architecture and Engineering, Cloud Data Modernization, Data migration and Event-driven architecture, preferably focused on financial services.
  • Experience architecting and designing large data platforms, data warehouses and data lakes, streaming applications, data ingestion, integration, and distribution pipelines.
  • Practical experience using latest technologies for data ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, mining/warehousing, big data analytics, and visualization.
  • Deep understanding of traditional data architecture practices (data warehousing, datahub, MDM, ODS etc.) as well transition to Next-Gen platform architectures such as distributed data lake and Data mesh on cloud, etc.
  • Practitioner experience in multiple data technologies such as:
  • Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Platform, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Big Data applications and Distributed Processing (Hadoop and Spark ecosystem components)
  • Data integration Tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.)
  • Experience with scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
  • Traditional RDBMS (Teradata, Netezza, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • MPP (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift etc.)

Ideally, you’ll also have
