As a customer experience manager with Expoint, you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and satisfaction while helping create innovative customer experience solutions. With an array of tools at your disposal, you will implement and operate customer service initiatives and customer programs. You will be focused on customer acquisition, retention, and customer advocacy, as well as analyze customer data to better understand customer behavior.
The customer experience manager must effectively manage and cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as conduct customer surveys, gather customer feedback, and develop strategies to improve customer service. You will also be responsible for overseeing customer service teams and regularly monitoring customer service trends.
