The Opportunity

At Flywire, we’re looking for a to drive the creation and execution of high-impact marketing programs that accelerate demand, enhance engagement, and optimize lead acquisition for our growing Travel vertical. This leadership role will be key in shaping the strategy and execution of our demand generation efforts, with a focus on delivering measurable pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on Demand Gen Campaigns: Manage the execution of demand generation programs across events, digital channels, and marketing partners, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Management: Partner with the Business Development team on seamless lead handoff processes and provide enablement and best practices for lead management.
  • Event Management: Serve as the primary marketing contact for various event-related initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor communications. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and partner with Sales to drive pipeline, track performance, and optimize event ROI
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to identify target segments, tailor messaging, and execute campaigns that engage and convert these audiences. Track and analyze key metrics to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Campaign Messaging & Content Creation: Create compelling, results-driven campaign content, including email, landing pages, webinars, blog posts, paid social ads, and more. Align messaging with the company’s go-to-market strategy to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Demand Generation Calendar & Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, setup, execution, and tracking of demand generation campaigns, managing the demand gen calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance across various channels. Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation on a Marketing team, preferably with a B2B focus.
  • Track record of generating or accelerating pipeline via events, paid campaigns, email nurture, or ABM.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive- able to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
  • Proven ability to execute effectively and collaborate with teams cross-functionally, especially Sales.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content across different platforms.

The Opportunity

At Flywire, we’re looking for a to drive the creation and execution of high-impact marketing programs that accelerate demand, enhance engagement, and optimize lead acquisition for our growing Travel vertical. This leadership role will be key in shaping the strategy and execution of our demand generation efforts, with a focus on delivering measurable pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on Demand Gen Campaigns: Manage the execution of demand generation programs across events, digital channels, and marketing partners, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Management: Partner with the Business Development team on seamless lead handoff processes and provide enablement and best practices for lead management.
  • Event Management: Serve as the primary marketing contact for various event-related initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor communications. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and partner with Sales to drive pipeline, track performance, and optimize event ROI
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to identify target segments, tailor messaging, and execute campaigns that engage and convert these audiences. Track and analyze key metrics to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns.
  • Campaign Messaging & Content Creation: Create compelling, results-driven campaign content, including email, landing pages, webinars, blog posts, paid social ads, and more. Align messaging with the company’s go-to-market strategy to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Demand Generation Calendar & Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, setup, execution, and tracking of demand generation campaigns, managing the demand gen calendar to ensure timely delivery and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve campaign performance across various channels. Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Generation on a Marketing team, preferably with a B2B focus.
  • Track record of generating or accelerating pipeline via events, paid campaigns, email nurture, or ABM.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive- able to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
  • Proven ability to execute effectively and collaborate with teams cross-functionally, especially Sales.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content across different platforms.
