We are experiencing unprecedented growth and looking to hire an Account Manager (Creative Success Manager). As a Creative Success Manager, you will build relationships with Creative Directors, Chief Marketing Officers, and Social Media Strategists. You will ensure our assets and licensing remain compliant, offer insights based on your experience, and collaborate closely to help clients bring their brands to life. This is not your ordinary account management role—your expertise is recognized for proactively driving results, not just during challenges. Qual será o seu papel nesse propósito?

Como uma pessoa Assessora Tributária Sênior de Preços de Transferência (OCDE) você será parte da área de TAX atuando na definição de preços dos produtos produzidos no exterior e vendidos no Brasil. Prestando assessoria tributária para atendimento as regras de preços de transferência realizando revisão, documentação, gerenciamento e defesa das políticas de preços de transferência, além da preparação de cálculos e documentos pertinentes para o cumprimento de obrigações principais e acessórias, assumindo as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Realizar análises de preços de transferência sob a ótica das diretrizes da OCDE;
  • Coordenar projetos globais ou regionais de documentação de preços de transferência envolvendo diversas jurisdições - CbCR, Master File, Local File e Benchmark análises);
  • Auxiliar no desenvolvimento, implementação e monitoramento de políticas de preços de transferência para empresas multinacionais brasileiras e internacionais;
  • Participar de projetos de auditoria para realizar revisões sob a ótica de preços de transferência;
  • Desenvolver a equipe nas melhores práticas de preços de transferência;
  • Desenvolver análises críticas;
  • Entender as linhas de serviço da EY e incentivar, de forma ativa, as pessoas da equipe a contribuírem com ideias e identificar oportunidades de aplicação dos serviços que podemos oferecer aos nossos clientes;
  • Auxiliar as equipes de auditoria na revisão dos cálculos e identificação de riscos e exposições.

Por que você?

Se você possui os requisitos abaixo, essa oportunidade pode ser sua:

  • Experiência na área de preços de transferência (in house ou Big4);
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente;
  • Graduação em economia, contabilidade ou administração;
  • Habilidade na comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Habilidade no trabalho em equipe e liderança.

Poderá ser um diferencial, caso você tenha os seguintes requisitos:

  • Conhecimento em espanhol;
  • Habilidades analíticas financeiras e contábeis e domínio do pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Vivência em projetos de suporte a auditoria, compliance e planejamento tributário;
  • Conhecimento em Digital TAX.

  • Five-plus years of supervisory experience leading and counseling a team of creatives
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, influencing and persuasion abilities
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience and proficiency in Mac and PC environments, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Adobe Creative Cloud and Workfront or some type of project tracking tool
  • Comprehensive knowledge in creative industry practices, digital trends, innovation and technology
  • Experience working in a virtual environment with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement - remotely and at local EY office as required by business needs

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $93,300 to $174,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $112,000 to $198,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
