- Prepare journal entries related to manufacturing accounting and inventory reserves to support accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies
- Process manufacturing orders as part of the month-end close process
- Participate in other monthly close activities for plants in area of responsibility
- Prepare account reconciliations to ensure proper balance sheet valuation
- Calculate standard costing of products in SAP as part of new product workflow
- Monitor variances to standard cost and correct any erroneous errors
- Support the periodic cycle count process
- Reconcile 3rd party warehouses
- Ensure appropriate controls and compliance with US GAAP
- Support and assist other functions within the business as required
- Bachelor's Degree Accounting or Business with concentration in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years Accounting required
- Accounting experience, preferable in a manufacturing environment using SAP or other ERP
- Understanding of GAAP and internal control principles
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of MS Office or the willingness to learn it quickly with highly proficient Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong people skills – approachable, good listener, empathetic
- Strong learning capacity
- Ability to work independently in global environment
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description

Purpose Statement:
Analyzes, specifies, designs, documents, tests and delivers business systems and Information System process solutions to meet business requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

SAP modelling & system support.
End-user support & troubleshooting in Systems integration interface with internal system Eg: Manufacturing Applications: PLM – SAP – MES).
Project Coordination in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules, and track progress to ensure projects stay on course.
Improve application/system efficiency and make recommendations for implementation of new systems or necessary upgrades that will best meet customer and company requirements.
Participation in cross-functional teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Production) to articulate site requirements, coordinate site testing (user acceptance test, system simulation test) and documentation.
Resolves repeated issues related to manufacturing applications or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable permanent solutions.
Job Requirements:
Candidate required to possess at least bachelor's degree in computer science or related.
At least 3 years working experience in implementing & support SAP ECC or S4 Hana
Skills: SAP Data analytics, Project management and SAP programming.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic supply agreement construction and key contracting provisions/requirements
- Bachelor’s or an advanced degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field, or 6+ related experience
- 6+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement of hardware, or 4+ with advanced degree
