This job is responsible for leading the planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions to meet deployment requirements aligned with available playbooks and technical blueprints. Key responsibilities include providing and communicating technology solutions across audiences and overseeing projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations. Responsibilities:

• Fulfills requests from business users and operations, communicates technical status updates with appropriate teams, and oversees stability, resiliency, reliability, and the performance of multiple supported systems

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration and operations
• Strong hands-on expertise with CyberArk components (Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA)
• Experience managing credentials across Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, middleware, and APIs
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and privileged access best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to describe highly technical information in an understandable level to any audience

This job is responsible for providing credit assistance and solutions to our clients. Key responsibilities include handling primarily outbound calls for a single product at any stage of delinquency or risk, including pre-charge off, and recovery. Responsibilities:

• Reaches out to delinquent clients to secure payment and determines reason for delinquency on active or inactive loan, deposit, and credit card accounts
• Negotiates repayment of outstanding debt that benefits both the client and lender in a positive and professional manner, leveraging tools and resources where applicable
• Determines the right solution for the client while staying within collections compliance guidelines
• Demonstrates empathy for the client’s situation using ethical behavior that is consistent with the bank’s code of conduct

Required Qualifications:
