The difference you will make:

As a Market Associate, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of long-tail Hosts in an assigned territory. You will establish and nurture business relationships with emerging professional host accounts by suggesting and supporting strategic initiatives that drive their success on Airbnb. These initiatives will include supply optimization, pricing optimization, host recruitment, and platform education. In addition, as these Hosts successfully grow on the platform, it will be imperative that you help them maintain best-in-class hospitality standards for an excellent guest experience. A typical day:

  • Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.
  • Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.

Your expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
  • 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).

  • Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
  • Highly goal-driven, with a strong bias for action and persistence in the face of challenges.
