The ideal Candidate for this role will have in depth knowledge of the tech industry and the related job seeking landscape. Your responsibility will be to make sure our clients are receiving excellent customer service and that the service and products offered are consistent and meet their needs. You will also work with internal and external partners to develop and implement training programs needed to maintain high levels of customer service.
