As a Client Service Associate at Expoint, you will be a critical asset in delivering excellent customer service and support to our extensive roster of technology experts. As an associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance and advice on our platform, and will be responsible for ensuring queries are answered quickly and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, you will troubleshoot technical inquiries, investigate and offer solutions to customer issues, and provide guidance on how to best use our services.
