Expoint is looking for a motivated and innovative Capacity Planning Lead - Customer Engineering for the Google Cloud Platform. This role requires both a technical and a client management background to ensure excellence in customer experience. The Capacity Planning Lead will monitor, analyze and track customer resource utilization on the Google Cloud Platform. This role also involves working with customers to optimize their environment, troubleshoot challenges, document best practices and identify solutions as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and then developing plans to address their needs and ensure appropriate and optimum utilization of resources. To do this, you will perform system work, assess and evaluate customer environments and analyze customer data. The Capacity Planning Lead will address potential resource utilization issues by developing new solutions or recommending existing solutions to remediate the problem. Additionally, you will conduct capacity planning and optimization of customer solutions to ensure an optimal operating environment.
The Capacity Planning Lead must also develop and maintain relationships with customers and peers to ensure customer success. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The successful Capacity Planning Lead will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to meet customer expectations.
