What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering disciplines

• Background in motion/drive solution design and development
• Experience managing global customer accounts
• Engineering knowledge in micro-motors, sensors, actuators, or application engineering
• International work experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,000 - $120,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. Incumbent should be academically trained or must have gathered professionally experience and skills in pricing, product and sales analysis, pricing software.
• Performs daily product reviews and changes by leveraging pricing software and analytical tools in order to find opportunities to increase revenue, profitability
• Closely monitors work queues in order to perform real-time pricing decisions based on volume performance and/or market changes, data accuracy, and performs price/data adjustments as needed
• Communicates and collaborates with Sales, Purchasing, Pricing to ensure data quality and clear service level expectations.
• Monitors work queues and other information with a high level of detail in order to quickly and timely determine product/pricing outcomes with a high level of confidence and accountability
• Support pricing managers in pricing data analysis, operations, optimization, problem resolution
• Prepares customer overrides and bid recommendations taking into consideration various pricing factors such as market data, sales trends, inventory levels, seasonality, and product costs
• Performs price overrides in a fast, transactional environment, leveraging data and facts
• Troubleshoot product/pricing data issues in real time to ensure proper sales flow and reduce ordering bottlenecks
Education/Certification/Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in pricing operations
