The Bankruptcy Specialist Role at Expoint is an ideal job for tech-savvy individuals who are looking to use their skills and knowledge to help individuals and businesses in debt. As a Bankruptcy Specialist, you will be responsible for providing debt relief services to your clients, such as assisting them with filing for bankruptcy and helping them negotiate with creditors. To do so, you must be well-versed in the local and federal laws governing bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and must possess a comprehensive understanding of the lending and bankruptcy processes.Successful candidates will be able to offer exceptional customer service to all clients, as well as provide accurate, timely, and knowledgeable advice on debt-related topics. In addition to providing debt relief services, you may also be responsible for managing and monitoring bankruptcy cases, as well as preparing and submitting related legal documents. Depending on the position, you may also be expected to provide advice and assistance to consumers during collection attempts, evaluate repayment plans, and utilize various resources to determine consumer eligibility for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a combination of customer service and information technology knowledge, combined with the ability to communicate effectively. Successful Bankruptcy Specialists must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data.
