As a Bankruptcy Specialist, you will be responsible for providing debt relief services to your clients, such as assisting them with filing for bankruptcy and helping them negotiate with creditors. To do so, you must be well-versed in the local and federal laws governing bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and must possess a comprehensive understanding of the lending and bankruptcy processes.Successful candidates will be able to offer exceptional customer service to all clients, as well as provide accurate, timely, and knowledgeable advice on debt-related topics.
In addition to providing debt relief services, you may also be responsible for managing and monitoring bankruptcy cases, as well as preparing and submitting related legal documents.
