As a Data Science Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will:
Provide technical and strategic guidance to the team and executive stakeholders on complex AI/ML initiatives

Build robust, end-to-end AI pipelines, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring

Collaborate closely with data engineers, MLOps specialists, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals and continuously improve model performance, reliability, and user trust through experimentation, testing, and feedback-driven iteration
Essential Requirements
Proven experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influencing product direction.
Strong programming skills in Python , with hands-on experience using ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch , TensorFlow , or similar.
Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to own and lead end-to-end projects independently.
Demonstrated ability to clearly explain statistical and algorithmic techniques at varying levels of technical depth.
Experience building and deploying large-scale, production-ready machine learning systems and developing agentic AI solutions, such as tool-using agents, autonomous task workflows, or reasoning-based systems.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of industry experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role or equivalent experience
Familiarity with building GenAI applications that enhance developer productivity , code generation, or documentation assistance, designing and optimizing prompts and templates for LLM-based applications, LLM frameworks such as LangChain , LlamaIndex , or similar open-source tools, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or autonomous agents powered by LLMs.

Your Impact
Directly apply expertise in the Commercial sales process, methodology, and opportunity development to execute and amplify proven sales motions on a day-to-day basis, translating best practices into immediate field action.
Drive the daily operationalization of the Healthcare Center of Excellence (CoE). Partner with Marketing, Industry, and Field Teams to ensure the direct delivery of vertical-specific messaging, current case studies, and scalable sales plays to the Commercial team for immediate use.
Own the tactical execution plan to accelerate Renewals performance. Partner with Customer Success and Sales Leaders to manage and enforce pipeline hygiene, actively identify and mitigate churn risks, and ensure the successful execution of upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the renewal cycle.
Lead and facilitate regular, high-impact territory planning and opportunity review sessions. Ensure these reviews translate directly into defined, measurable short-term and long-term action plans for sales teams.
Act as the hands-on liaison to facilitate intra-team collaboration. Ensure the precise and timely alignment of CoE resources (content, SMEs) to critical, in-flight opportunities to drive deal progression.
Cultivate and maintain high-trust relationships with sales leaders and teams through a high-touch, operational partnership approach. Consult, advise, and directly support sales execution toward the achievement of quarterly and annual goals.
Translate data insights into immediate course corrections and execution adjustments. Proactively identify leading indicators of business health and address operational gaps to amplify desired results and drive predictability.

Understanding of relevant business, financial acumen, cybersecurity industry and market experience
