This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years’ sales of experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Distribution channel sales experience
  • Good presentation skills; comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word; SalesForce

This job is responsible for handling complex and escalated customer situations regarding possible fraudulent account activity. Key responsibilities include receiving inbound calls and takes appropriate action requiring accuracy on complex transactions. Job expectations include performing functions related to research and resolution of fraudulent activity, service support, and delivering practical, innovative solutions to clients while focusing on retention and re-establishing client confidence.

Wealth Management Fraud & Claims associates will handle inbound calls from clients, branch offices, banking centers, and various internal associates. They will also be responsible for the claim initiation and status updates of various fraud and billing disputes, on our clients’ bank accounts. Associates will handle a wide variety of claim types including but not limited to: credit card, debit card, ATM, check fraud, ACH, and online wire transfers for wealth banking products.

Responsibilities:

  • Services banking products with high-risk activity to maximize approval of legitimate transactions, minimize client impact at the point of sale, identify fraudulent activity and restrict account activity
  • Assists Fraud Strategy partners with development of new tactics by facilitating controlled tests and simulations within the production environment
  • Tests existing customer facing capabilities (credit, debit, transactions, deposit activity, and online activities) for unknown vulnerabilities resulting in potential fraudulent exploitation and unplanned loss
  • Participates in triage related to Executive Escalations & Incident Response fraud activities
  • Reviews and investigates reports of suspected fraudulent activity with accurate recording of data captured during client interactions
  • Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist clients and internal partners with banking claim and suspicious alert inquiries, initiation and updates

* 1st and 2nd shifts available : Tuesday through Saturday : 10:00 am EST to 8:00 pm EST flexibility

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of fraud servicing or call center experience.
  • Has strong analytical and organizational skills and demonstrates the ability to solve complex problems by reviewing related information
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and is able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a strong focus on risk mitigation and client experience.
  • Displays passion, integrity, commitment and drive to deliver a positive, differentiated service that improves our clients’ financial lives
  • Fully understands how life events can impact a client’s financial situation and is prepared to actively advise solutions and analyze/resolve complex client problems through creative solutions
  • Commitment to excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed upon work schedule

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with Automotive customers and internal teams to identify, develop, prioritize, and drive growth in Omniverse and Industrial AI opportunities.

  • Increase demand for Industrial AI workloads by working closely with BDs for GenAI, CAE, and Robotics, accelerating sales cycles and driving deeper penetration across these key workloads, ultimately fostering greater AI factory adoption.

  • Empower and enable the field and partners with comprehensive knowledge of NVIDIA platforms, unique value propositions, competitive positioning, and GTM sales and marketing assets, in collaboration with our marketing teams.

  • Collaborate with CSP, GSI/SDP, ISV DevRel and other NPN partner leaders to establish an ecosystem of partners to drive greater demand and adoption of Industrial AI in Auto

  • Deliver and report on a 4-quarter revenue pipeline and forecasts, working closely with our Automotive segment sales and Finance teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Drive lighthouse engagements when new platforms are released in the Industrial AI space. Represent the voice of Automotive customers and partners with insights to inform future product roadmaps and ensure core functionality meets customer needs.

What we need to see:

  • 10+ years of proven experience, including 5+ years driving sales and business development work with major technology companies and innovative start-ups

  • Demonstrable experience in technologies related to digital twin, metaverse, AI, immersive experience, and next generation Internet technologies

  • Proven success in building and managing end-to-end solutions including business case, solution definition, value proposition, sales enablement, and joint marketing

  • Shown ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels.

  • Experienced in structuring and negotiating complex agreements, including interpreting contracts/legal documents and working with attorneys to complete agreements

  • Demonstrated track-record of effective overlay sales, providing cross-functional GTM leadership to grow the business, working effectively with global teams
