As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and creating PeopleSoft Application software. You will also collaborate closely with other developers and business users to assess software needs, develop code, and perform quality assurance tests. To be successful as a PeopleSoft Application Developer, you must possess proven experience in designing, coding, debugging, documenting and modifying software applications. You should have an excellent understanding of programming languages such as Java and T-SQL, understand and comply with PeopleSoft security and technology standards, and stay up-to-date with advances in the field. You must be able to determine technical feasibility by analyzing software and customer requirements, and evaluate alternative solutions. We’re looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a basic knowledge of web technologies and software concepts. You’ll need to be highly analytical and detail-oriented, and understand the principles of software development and the software development life-cycle.
