• Close new Enterprise business opportunities in your region independently and cooperatively
• Negotiate and bring to closure to customer agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets
• Target key decision makers in prospect accounts and channel partners in the assigned territory
• Establish and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (typically at CISO level) and partners in the security industry to drive sales strategy and goal attainment
• Cross functionally collaborate with Channel, Sales Engineering Marketing, Sales Operations, Product and Customer Success, to drive engagement at both the individual contributor and executive level
• Report accurate pipeline and sales stage using Salesforce.com

• 5+ years of Cybersecurity enterprise sales experience and understanding of the competitive landscape
• Executive level contacts in the region and prior sales experience hunting net new accounts
• Repeated top performer in your region with stable record with at least 2+ years in each organization or upward growth within the same
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal (yes… words matter….) to adeptly explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill level
• Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. MEDDIC experience a plus

Your Career

You will work firsthand with our valued customers to address their complex post-sales concerns where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of many factors. You’re a critical thinker in understanding the methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. You’ll enjoy networking with key contacts outside your own area of expertise, with a strong capability of detailing difficult technical issues to both non-technical and technical professionals.

You will regularly participate in technical discussions with multi-functional teams, creating an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, better working environments, and better cybersecurity. Your quick thinking and support to our clients provides the fast assistance they need to keep their environments secure – which means you’ll need to move quickly, thoughtfully, and provide technical assistance as needed (often, in high-pressure situations).

Your Impact

• Provide technical services around Cloud and Network Security technologies, troubleshooting and best practices observations to customers
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
• Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
• Work with our Engineering team and influence the operability of the product
• Able to effectively communicate to all levels and stakeholders – internally and externally on complex technical issues

Your Experience

• 4+ years in technical support roles, working directly with large global customers and partners in addition to internal teams (such as DevOps, Engineering, QA, Product managers), specifically with Cloud exposure and experience
• A customer-centric mindset is a mandated attitude for this position as a technical support engineer
• Existing knowledge of, and experience with public cloud platform (XaaS) features, capabilities, and best use scenarios
• Existing knowledge of, and experience with application developments or operations under the container / serverless environment on public clouds
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, reproduce issues and identify feasible workarounds in broad, complex, and unique environments with mixed applications and protocols required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting Firewall or Network and Security devices is a plus
• Having rich knowledge in Network Security and Networking protocols is a plus

You’ll be involved in implementing new products, transitioning from old products to new, and will fix integrations and critical issues as they are raised – in fact, you’ll seek them out to ensure our clients are safely supported. We fix and identify technical problems, with a pointed focus of providing the best customer support in the industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manages calendar of the executive and daily work with some instruction from others.
• Performs general administrative duties such as travel, expenses, department distribution list, purchase orders, ordering supplies in accordance with standard procedures & practices.
• Engage and collaborate with the immediate team & internal partners.
• May act as a delegate for the executive when reviewing and approving expense reports
• Proactively identifies opportunities to increase efficiency and improve processes, anticipating the needs of the executive & team

• Performs an accuracy, completeness and risk assessment of documentation or client account information, identifies and resolves any discrepancies or gaps, then approves/declines the request for account opening or maintenance according to the established written guidelines and procedures.
• Researches and resolves incomplete submissions by utilizing procedures and established guidelines and engaging support partners when needed.
• Responds to internal business partner inquiries related to requests via phone and email and escalates more challenging issues to leadership as needed.
• Understands the process flow from end to end including the reasons for each step, the process controls, the risks within the process and the upstream/downstream impacts of their work based on an understanding the work impacts other operational units.
