Senior Production Supervisor – Watchman
3rd shift9:30pm to 5:30am CST

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Produce high quality products, safely, on time for the customer at the lowest cost.
• Identify customer requirements to deliver the right products at the right time.
• Be responsive & flexible to customer demands.
• Achieving & exceeding product cost goals
• Support new product development readiness activities for the line team.
• Manufacturing products to the highest quality standards and ensuring compliance with all Boston Scientific policies and regulations.
• Promote safety, quality & compliance among the team while maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices
• Foster teamwork and enable a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the entire cross-functional team.
• Ensure effective two-way communication between the production line team and cross-functional support teams.
• Manage, motivate, develop, and involve product builders through coaching and performance management.
• Embed the company values through demonstration & recognition of individual & team behaviors.
• Utilize production area planning tools to ensure all resources are in place to achieve team commitments such as Direct Labor Staffing, Equipment Capacity, Support Team, and Space
• Ensure product builder training is effective & efficient and maintain training versatility across entire team.
• Utilize leader standard work to ensure lines are meeting standards and escalate appropriately.
• Lead & create team engagement around continuous improvement goals for safety, quality, service, cost, and space through the utilization of lean and operational excellence tools and best practices.
• Partner with materials management team for building planning and material delivery systems and tools
• Analyze build plan requirements and provide forward looking monthly production commitments.
• Anticipate requirements and position resources to meet & exceed the customer’s needs.
• Provide appropriate input into the long-term planning of the production area.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of direct or indirect supervisor/management experience
• Solid computer skills required including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated Lean tools/systems experience.
• Able to support and lead a production team working 3rd shift hours

  9:30pm to 5:30am CST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated environment
• Medical device industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to be flexible and agile.
• Ability to be a self-starter.

Maximum Salary: $ 132000

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our commercially approved products through comprehensive clinical education and sales support initiatives. You will be responsible for covering a defined region, engaging with current and potential customers, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth within specific product segments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Support Excellence: Serve as the primary clinical resource for device implant coverage, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up, ensuring optimal customer and patient outcomes.
• Educational Outreach: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the clinical benefits and proper usage of our products, utilizing various formats and platforms.
• Clinical Presence: Attend device implants in hospital labs and operating rooms, conducting patient follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and success with implanted products.
• Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships with hospital personnel, engaging in meaningful interactions and identifying key decision-makers to facilitate future sales opportunities.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer needs and complaints promptly and effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Inventory Management: Adhere to company and divisional guidelines for managing commercial inventory, ensuring availability and timely delivery of products.
• On-Call Commitment: Be prepared to fulfill on-call duties as required, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and product quality 24/7.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Science, Math, Business, or Nursing, or equivalent technical experience.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to participate in rotational 24/7 on-call duties, including holidays and weekends.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, device clinic, or Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab.
• Background in medical device sales, sales support, clinical education, or clinical research.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and efficiently while remaining accountable to team goals.
• Proficiency in communicating complex medical device software algorithms and therapies to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with medical professionals and patients.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment as part of a highly motivated team.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
