Key job responsibilities
* Ensure comprehensive line readiness before production builds, including setup, equipment and fixture validation, process verification, documentation preparation, and operator training
* Conduct thorough failure analysis for NTF and real failures to identify root causes and develop effective mitigation plans
* Work within Operations, Hardware and Software engineering departments to implement and optimize manufacturing 1st pass yields and efficiency from PVT to MP
* Drive all factory-related operational issues related to SMT and final assembly processes during pre-production builds; ensure effective closure to enable operational success of the new product introduction cycle, and put products into mass production
* Drive production throughput by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks through data-driven cycle time analysis
* Lead automation initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in line efficiency and productivity
* Drive operational excellence by implementing lean methodology to eliminate waste and optimize production workflows.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement opportunities
* Document and share lessons learned to improve line solutions and enhance Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices
* Access MP phase engineering change impact and risk to manufacturing process, define manufacturing process validation requirement and ensure the validated process is workable and reliable.
* Investigate and introduce new manufacturing technology and methodology to enhance product quality and production efficiency

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

-* Bachelor degree or above in engineering, with 8+ years’ experience in Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
* Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, production concepts, and high-volume manufacturing
* Desired experience of managing suppliers covering plastics, mechanical parts Metal Forming, and product final assembly testing and packaging.
* Experience in Production Process Qualification, Measurement , Analysis, CPK , and GR&R
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Experience with FMEA, Kaizen process improvement, and Poka Yoke techniques.
* Experience in water proof assembly or mechanical design.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
* Ability and willingness to work independently and travel frequently


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Master's degree in relevant engineering field
* Lean Kaizen facilitator certification
* Experience in SMT technology or PCBA is a plus
* Experience in production line automation solutions is a plus

  • Demonstrates in depth knowledge of the full sales cycle and the ability to follow a structured sales process

Job Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100 -115 business clients after an initial training phase, with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million for your assigned branches; provide deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000
  • Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of their businesses. Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify, recommend, and promote solutions that best serve the client and ensure the profitability of the portfolio. Work within risk parameters that protect the bank. Seek out expertise of others to enhance existing knowledge and ensure a positive client experience
  • Provide the best in client advice and service while developing the relationship to ensure a seamless client experience throughout Chase. Regularly conduct in-person visits with prospects, centers of influence (COIs), and existing clients at their places of business
  • Identify and pursue potential new business clients, looking for ways to cultivate long-term, primary banking relationships
  • Identify the personal financial goals and needs of business clients; build collaborative relationships with partners across lines of business (Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, Branch Teams) to connect clients with specialists who can help meet their financial needs
  • Provide leadership by actively supporting your assigned branches
  • Protect the firm by following sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements. Follow a disciplined relationship development process by identifying steps/strategies necessary to effectively maintain and build relationships with clients and prospects. 3. Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and acting upon or referring more complex client needs or financial goals to other internal specialists.5. Commits to advancing individual knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients by attending sales, service and product knowledge meetings, applicable training classes and web-based learning.
6. Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
7. Adheres to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies. Stays informed of all changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current guidelines.
8. Ensures a consistent client service experience by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation while conducting transactions and uncovering needs. This may include handling teller transactions and sharing responsibility for greeting clients and helping them navigate within the branch.
QUALIFICATIONS

6.
