About the role:

In this role, you will drive revenue impact by executing team-driven strategies, delivering clinical education, and supporting new business opportunities that reflect the company’s strategic priorities. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and Territory Sales Consultant to provide sales support and customer service at identified accounts. This position requires flexibility, as Associates may be assigned outside their primary territory based on evolving business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through routine visits, product demonstrations, procedural support, and problem resolution
• Support procedural cases in a competitive environment, ensuring high-quality service
• Collaborate with the Sales Consultant to optimize selling time and coverage
• Contribute to revenue-generating projects and account ownership initiatives
• Work with Sales Consultants and Regional Sales Managers to evaluate market conditions and sales trends
• Assist in developing and executing quarterly and annual business plans to achieve revenue goals
• Provide timely updates to Regional Manager on business activities, competitive landscape, and industry trends
• Maintain and manage Sales Rep Assigned Inventory (SRAI)
• Adhere to budget guidelines for expenses and promotional spending
• Complete all required training and compliance courses in a timely manner
• Execute quarterly and off-cycle inventory counts accurately
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities and purchase orders
• Submit administrative paperwork as required, on time

Required qualifications:
