In this role you will:

• Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach as well as proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially

About this role:

The Lending Operations Manager will be responsible to lead a team that executes on the processing and/or quality assurance reviews on Commercial loans for FDPA and Flood Insurance requirements. This will include oversight of pipeline management, meeting Service Level Agreements, and interaction with front line partners and flood vendors.

The Manager will also review processes, solve for root cause issues with urgency and identify opportunities for simplification, as well as support the development and execution of a risk control framework.
