Responsibilities:

  • Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
  • Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained
  • Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack

Primary Responsibilities:

Architecture & Design

  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce architectural strategy across Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud, Marketing, and AI/Einstein use cases.

  • Define data models, integration patterns, API frameworks, and governance standards to ensure a scalable, secure, and future-proof platform.

  • Balance innovation with technical debt management, ensuring sustainable delivery.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and admins, instilling best practices in coding, design patterns, and DevOps.

  • Partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.

  • Act as a bridge between RevTech, Platform, and System Integrators, ensuring architectural consistency.

Delivery & Governance

  • At least 4 years of experience designing multi-cloud data models and scalable integrations (REST, SOAP, Mulesoft, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).

  • At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, OnePipeline, Copado/Flosum)

  • ADM 201- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification

Preferred Qualifications:
