Your Impact
Define and execute our GTM strategy for AI security solutions, focusing on accelerating adoption with public sector organizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline generation, customer engagements, and market penetration within government agencies.
Support the development and execution of strategies to identify, qualify, and convert a robust pipeline of potential public sector customers.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify key market segments and opportunities within the Public Sector.
Lead customer-facing activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proofs-of-value (POVs), tailored to government needs and requirements.
Engage in technical conversations with public sector customers regarding AI security challenges and solutions, including topics like securing RAG models, prompts, vector databases, etc.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market execution for the public sector.
Act as an evangelist to educate government customers on generative AI and position Palo Alto Networks as a leader in securing AI projects.
Your Experience
6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within cybersecurity, including 1+ years of experience in AI and related fields, with a strong focus on technical sales, strategy, and execution.
Application security (AppSec) and/or DevSecOps experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience working with public sector clients (Federal, DoD, SLED, etc.) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proven track record of success contributing to high-performing technical sales or solution architecture teams.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
Experienced with security solutions and the cybersecurity market, including data security, network security, and security applied to generative AI.
Experience with popular generative AI tools and their security implications is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $198,000 - $273,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .

You will be responsible for leading ongoing system requirements management, regression testing, and business process changes, as well as projects related to Workday, Salesforce, ADP GlobalView, and other systems that impact payroll processing. This role will also be responsible for data analysis, driving process improvements, analyzing system configurations, and supporting our payroll, absence and time tracking production teams.

This job is responsible for providing front-line support to end users, responding to issues related to incidents and problem management governance for multiple applications, and leading triage activities on all business impacting incidents. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with incident management and problem management policies and procedures, serving as a focal point for the customer, client, and associate experience, restoring complex production incidents under tight Service Level Agreements, and pursuing root cause and problem resolution follow ups.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Payroll team. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of payroll activities, working closely with Capital One Associates to answer their pay questions and resolve any issues with a key focus on associate experience. You will be responsible for updating key transactions into the HR or payroll processing system, processing retroactive payments, calculating final pay, posting and reconciling payroll, correcting errors, conducting audits, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities
Perform daily tasks related to payroll processing including, but not limited to, new hire information entry, W4 entry, processing of overpayments, terminations, retroactive payments, payroll adjustments, reconciliations, and stop payments.
Ability to complete a gross pay to net pay payroll calculation outside of the payroll system and explain to Associates with questions about their pay.
Ability to format files to be interfaced into Payroll System.
Perform reconciliations of payroll, benefit and deduction transactions.
Review payroll system output for errors and make necessary corrections in the system.
Assist other Capital One HR Partners as required, to resolve errors and maintain or update accurate information in the payroll system.
Assist the Tier I contact center representatives in handling and following up on inquiries related to pay and benefits:
Provide additional information and guidance to associates with questions concerning their pay.
Handle telephone calls and inquiries requiring detailed knowledge about the end-to-end payroll process at Capital One.
Perform a variety of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc audits of the payroll data to maintain compliance with established standards.
