Your key responsibilities

  • Industry relationships with potential teaming partners, alliances, MBE/WBE small businesses, and competitors.
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence and influencing skills.
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace, industry, competitive intelligence, and account information.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and resolving conflict.

  • You’ll arrange meetings and team events by creating and sending invitations as directed; in addition to reserving meeting rooms, organizing for catering, audio/video, and other essential services as needed.

  • You'll organize travel arrangements and create expense reports for the executive using Capital One systems

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 years of Administrative experience

  • Established and trusted relationships across key federal agencies, including ICE, DHS OCIO, USCIS FDNS, TSA, Coast Guard, CBP, and Law Enforcement with both executive leadership (C-suite) and influential mid-career professionals who shape mission-critical requirements, development strategies, and procurement decisions .
  • Industry relationships with potential teaming partners, alliances, MBE/WBE small businesses, and competitors.
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence and influencing skills.
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace, industry, competitive intelligence, and account information.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and resolving conflict.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $200,000 to $385,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $240,000 to $437,500.
