As the Sr. Administrative Assistant to multiple VPs within the GTM organization, you will play a critical role in managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, and ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. You will partner closely with the VP, Sales and key stakeholders to prepare materials for meetings, collect and synthesize information for presentations and strategic planning, and serve as the first point of contact for high-level relationships. You will also lead communications across the organization, ensuring alignment on initiatives through email, Slack, and calendar management, as well as plan and execute team offsites and events. In addition, you will provide creative support by developing slide presentations and business assets, helping to drive organizational initiatives forward and enabling leadership to focus on delivering business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain the schedule for multiple VPs in the GTM organization including meetings, projects, and priorities
  • Book appropriate domestic and international travel, handling travel policies while taking into account visas, costs, and proper documentation
  • Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines

You will facilitate trades, service accounts, and educate clients on various servicing matters, including navigation of the wfa.com public and secure website. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Cyber Operations/Vulnerability Management role with a strong knowledge of operational processes supporting Vulnerability Management and the wider SOC; with the ability to demonstrate comprehension of the end-to-end Vulnerability Management workflow (to include industry standards such as CVE, CPE, CVSS).
  • Proven experience in vulnerability assessment and exploitation.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and network architecture.
  • Familiarity with ethical hacking practices and penetration testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience in command & control practices like Incident Management and/or Cyber incident response methodologies.
  • Strong and broad understanding of Cyber Security Controls (Physical, Logical, Processes and Procedures)
  • Strong and broad understanding of leading vendor products/applications e.g., Oracle [Java], VMWare, F5, Citrix, Microsoft; to include product lifecycle & release schedules.
