As thePayroll Tax Administrator, you will support the Human Resources team by managing payroll-related processes. Your responsibilities include handling personnel and payroll data, including large-scale data updates. You’ll ensure accurate setup of employee tax and unemployment information, process W-2 and W-2c forms, and resolve payroll tax notices. You’ll also respond to employee and manager inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Relevant Payroll Tax experience.
Your role:
Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of employee tax information, including work state, local withholding codes, and SUI tax rates. Perform audits, process W-2 corrections, and coordinate tax amendments. Prepare annual federal wage allocations and maintain tax verification reports for audits to maintain tax compliance and reporting.
Support payroll operations by reviewing and reconciling weekly, bi-weekly, quarterly, and year-end tax funding and filings. Act as a liaison with payroll and unemployment insurance vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Lead and participate in payroll-related projects, train new hires, support team members with policies and systems, and manage employee inquiries related to earnings and tax withholding through the Call Management System (CMS).

Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, maintain payroll process documentation (SOPs), and conduct system audits to ensure data integrity. Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and operational needs.
