Experience selling SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOC and SOAR solutions is highly preferred.
Established trusted relationships with CIOs and CISOs with the ability to influence and drive strategic conversations
Expertise in applying complex solution sales methodologies to drive results.
Experience working with channel partners and a deep understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment while collaborating effectively with sales engineers and cross-functional teams.
Experience operating in a continuous adoption, expansion, and upsell sales motion within a matrixed sales organization is preferred
Willingness to travel domestically as necessary to meet business needs.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be betweenThe offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. The Wealth Management Client Associate – Advisor Development Program (WMCA - ADP) role is an entry role into our Advisor Development Program where the destination role is becoming a full-scale Financial Advisor at Merrill. This progression role is responsible for providing client service support to Financial Advisors (FAs).
As a WMCA - ADP your journey begins by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you will receive dedicated study time for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Your SIE, Series 7 & 66 must be obtained within 120 days; (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66, if previously held). Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be a WMCA - ADP.
This job is responsible for providing client service support to multiple FAs. Key responsibilities include supporting enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy within the FA’s business, while customizing solutions based on their specific needs. Your Experience
3-5+ years of relevant work experience in field, channel, demand generation, or campaign marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
Proven track record of executing demand generation programs.
Experience supporting marketing programs, with an understanding of how to track marketing mix performance.
Demonstrated ability to understand and execute on quarterly campaign plans.
Hands-on experience with coordinating events (both virtual and in-person) and trade shows, with a deep understanding of event logistics from planning to execution.
Experience supporting webinar and virtual event programs; knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, ON24, Zoom, and other MarTech tools is desired.
Strong understanding of marketing best practices, demand generation, and customer engagement strategies.
Experience supporting high-profile events and CXO engagement programs.
Familiarity with ABM strategies and personalized marketing approaches.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign impact and report on key marketing metrics.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last-minute changes, with a passion and skill for partnering with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with a positive attitude who can prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment, with excellent time management skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
