In this role as a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for the on-site management of hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure that includes:

● Work in a rotating shift with a team of other engineers. Your standard shift hours are 10 hours with a one hour break. You work on 4 days work shifts and 3 days off in the week. Your standard work hours are 8:00-18:00, 12:00-22:00, 22:45-08:15.* データセンターのインフラ機器(ラック、サーバー、ネットワーク機器、ハードウェア部品、ケーブル等)の保守管理を行います。
* チケットシステムに基づき、サーバーラックの設置・撤去やサーバーハードウェアの修理など、ハードウェアや部品の日常的な運用作業を体系的に実施します。
* オンコール対応を含め、データセンターの運用に携わり、定期メンテナンスや変更管理作業におけるインフラ監視を行います。
* 高度なトラブルシューティングと問題解決能力を発揮します。
* サイト管理に参画し、運用エリアの5S(整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・躾)を徹底します。
* 他のエンジニアチームと交代制シフトで勤務します。シフトは1日10時間(休憩1時間含む)、週4日勤務・週3日休みの体制です。勤務時間帯は8:00~18:00、12:00~22:00、22:45~08:15のいずれかとなります。About the team
