As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care. We will equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development.

Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will continue to practice the skills you’ve learned by growing and deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients. In this role, you will:

  • Schedule and route daily travel to customer locations within an assigned geographic area, incorporating overnight stays to reduce travel time for optimum productivity.

  • Reconcile discrepancies with the customer and document details to support final inventory inspection results.

  • Participate in audits of floor plan inventory at various dealerships and companies

  • Review approval requests and ensure completion of all operating and action measures within established timeframes
  • Inspect physical existence of collateral and verify the borrowers' records to determine adherence to approve loan structure
  • Receive direction from supervisor to ensure accurate responses on customer inquires and disputes
  • Exercise judgment in determining the cause of discrepancies and disposing of any variances
  • Assess condition of collateral with prompt and accurate reporting to confirm the collateralized position

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
