What You'll Do:

• Participate in initial training and acquire certifications in SAP Cloud HCM products, technologies and methodologies
• Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through Prepare, Realize, Verify and Launch phases and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Follow best-practices and standards to create the technical design for the implementation based on the Solution Design Document by the LOB consultant
• Perform application configuration using the tools and features of the product like rules, workflows etc.
• Conduct Quality Assurance/ Feasibility services
• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP Cloud HCM product-suite configuration options
• Liaison with field consultants & offshore teams for project delivery bridging the gap for localization knowledge & time-zone difference
• Work with LOB Consultants and offshore team to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and adoption
• Guide and provide assistance to team members nearshore and offshore, on a variety of topics
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs

• SAP Payroll Certification is mandatory
• 3+ years consulting experience in ECC / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• Candidates must have experience in EC time.
• Experience in global SAP SuccessFactors end-to-end implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors SAP SF HCM Suite particularly payroll
• Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelors or Masters degree in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant degree
• Analytical, results-driven and have a solution oriented approach
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening
• Open to travel up to 20%

Role - What will you do?

• Become an SAP Concur expert, knowing our systems inside out
• Share your technical knowledge with the customers and partners
• Become a team point-of-contact for integration development
• Perform the technical setup of SAP Concur systems
• Advise customers on our integration best practices using Flat files, Web Services, SAP Native integration, BTP and more
• Assist in troubleshooting during the implementation
• Work on prioritized integration development activities
• Communicate mostly remote but also face to face with our customers and partners

Requirements:

• Experience in professional IT and client facing roles such as consulting, support, application management
• Knowledge of SAP (any of the following modules: CPI, FI, HCM)
• Knowledge of ABAP and programming skills
• Experience with development for the FI module
• Experience with REST integration

What You'll Do

• As Business Process Associate (Techno-Functional) you will analyze SAP solutions in your respective area for our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
• You should have functional expertise in the areas like Plan to Produce / Quality Management / Acquire to Retire / Project Systems & Investment Management with experience in requirement gathering, configuration, gap identification, preparation of functional specification, issue resolutions etc.

What You Bring

• Relevant Post Qualification Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Implementation & Support Project Experience: 2 - 3 end-to-end implementation cycles

Key tasks comprise the following:

• Supports sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
• Initiates digital service kick off for customers
• Ensures periodic service reviews to track the service quality across a range of customers
• Contributes to onboarding/transitioning customers to ECS
• Orchestrates the overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
• Supports in de-escalations of critical customer situations
• Supports critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management (MIM), SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams and SAP Product Support, as applicable
• Executes technical feasibility studies / solution reviews (if applicable)
• Contributes to customer release and maintenance activities

• Support customer satisfaction surveys

• Contributes to the liaison with different SAP stakeholders, esp. Virtual customer success partner involved in the accounts, to ensure customer success
• Supports in reviewing account status and analyzing if account needs to be transitioned to another team, based on growth in volume or complexity of the account overtime.

What you bring

• Engineering graduate with work experience as SAP technical consultant with customer facing role (consulting, IT support, IT services etc.)
• Must have exposure to SAP Basis ,SAP S/4 HANA , Azure/ AWS ( in context of SAP Green Field and Brown Field Customers)

The Talent Discovery – Students intern for LAC needs to be able to assist in the recruiting processes for students and early talents, as well help with the LAC university events strategy for Early Career Talent Attraction. The main tasks will be:

· Understand and manage full life cycle recruiting processes for local or remote positions as per team’s demand

· Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to align profile and recruiting process

· Post positions in Recruiting Management (RCM) tool and other available tools (e.g., universities, job boards)

· Administrate all the stages of the recruiting processes through RCM system

· Support Hiring Managers and candidates with questions regarding recruiting process

· Participate in student and graduate events and engagement pipeline across LAC, making sure all the information is updated, and supporting local recruiters with different activities with ideas, budget approval, ET branding advice (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site events, etc.), decision making.

· Organize and participate in local events across LAC (career fairs, lectures, webinars, on-site and remote events, etc.)

· Work aligned with LAC P&C BPs; MU Heads; TD Branding; University Alliances; D&I Americas Talent Discovery

· Intern and support University Ambassadors groups in LAC
