MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience. Must have 4 years of functional and technical experience with the following SAP S/4 modules: SAP PP, SAP PP-PI, and SAP QM.
Must have 4 years of experience with SAP interfaces Manufacturing Execution Systems, Laboratory Information Management Systems, and shop floor controls.
Must have 4 years of experience with manufacturing data including Material, BOMs, Production Versions, Routings and Recipes.
Must have 4 years of experience creating and leading SAP workshops for external clients, including designing and presenting client-facing PowerPoint presentations.
Must have 4 years of experience gathering requirements and working with offshore team member(s) and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects.
Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP-enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing and solution deployment.
Must have 2 years of experience managing teams of technology professionals.
Must have 2 years of project management experience.

Perform financial analysis, including valuations and merger consequences.

Prepare client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents such as roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations to execute transactions.
Conduct research using FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson and Factiva to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or related: and
2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Conducting global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions in the Technology sector;
Executing and advising on various M&A transactions, convertible debt offerings, and spin offs;
Conducting due diligence in connection with M&A, equity and debt financings, minority investments, and other investment banking transactions;
Preparing materials for C-suite management teams, board of directors, and other client executives and participating and leading client meetings throughout deal origination and execution;
Conducting research using Factset, BamSec, Bloomberg, and equity research to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
