In this role as a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for the on-site management of hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure that includes:
● Working as part of the Operations team; whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure.
● Your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, installing server racks, removing server racks, fixing various IT hardware and network components, and also responding to emergent situations that affect operations.
● Meet customer service level agreements by resolving problems, and be the first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
● Perform on-call duties and participate in Data Center operations, handling scheduled maintenance and change management activities that require monitoring of the data center infrastructure.
● Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and to discuss achieving daily/weekly goals.
● Have the knowledge of the policies and procedures, including safety and security, within your department, and understand the appropriate application of such knowledge.
● Contribute to documentation on technical issues through root cause analysis for operational issues that occur, and contribute to process improvement initiatives relevant to the data center environment.

● You will support Data Center infrastructure equipment (e.g. racks, servers, networking devices, hardware components, cables, etc.)
● You will follow the instructions ticket-based environment and work on systematic problem resolution and perform routine operation activities on hardware, or spare parts, including installing and removing server racks and fixing server hardware.
● You will perform on-call duties and will participate in Data Center operations, handling scheduled maintenance and change management activities that require monitoring of the data center infrastructure.

● You will be involved with site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas.
● Work in a rotating shift with a team of other engineers. Your standard shift hours are 10 hours with a one hour break. You work on 4 days work shifts and 3 days off in the week. In this role as a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for the on-site management of hardware lifecycle of our IT infrastructure that includes:
● Working as part of the Operations team; whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure.
● Your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, installing server racks, removing server racks, fixing various IT hardware and network components, and also responding to emergent situations that affect operations.
● Meet customer service level agreements by resolving problems, and be the first line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
● Perform on-call duties and participate in Data Center operations, handling scheduled maintenance and change management activities that require monitoring of the data center infrastructure.
● Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and to discuss achieving daily/weekly goals.
● Have the knowledge of the policies and procedures, including safety and security, within your department, and understand the appropriate application of such knowledge.
● Contribute to documentation on technical issues through root cause analysis for operational issues that occur, and contribute to process improvement initiatives relevant to the data center environment.

● You will support Data Center infrastructure equipment (e.g. racks, servers, networking devices, hardware components, cables, etc.)
● You will follow the instructions ticket-based environment and work on systematic problem resolution and perform routine operation activities on hardware, or spare parts, including installing and removing server racks and fixing server hardware.
● You will perform on-call duties and will participate in Data Center operations, handling scheduled maintenance and change management activities that require monitoring of the data center infrastructure.
● Show a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.
● You will be involved with site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas.
● Work in a rotating shift with a team of other engineers. Your standard shift hours are 10 hours with a one hour break. You work on 4 days work shifts and 3 days off in the week. Your standard work hours are 8:00-18:00, 12:00-22:00, 22:45-08:15.* データセンターのインフラ機器(ラック、サーバー、ネットワーク機器、ハードウェア部品、ケーブル等)の保守管理を行います。
* チケットシステムに基づき、サーバーラックの設置・撤去やサーバーハードウェアの修理など、ハードウェアや部品の日常的な運用作業を体系的に実施します。
* オンコール対応を含め、データセンターの運用に携わり、定期メンテナンスや変更管理作業におけるインフラ監視を行います。
* 高度なトラブルシューティングと問題解決能力を発揮します。
* サイト管理に参画し、運用エリアの5S(整理・整頓・清掃・清潔・躾)を徹底します。
* 他のエンジニアチームと交代制シフトで勤務します。シフトは1日10時間(休憩1時間含む)、週4日勤務・週3日休みの体制です。勤務時間帯は8:00~18:00、12:00~22:00、22:45~08:15のいずれかとなります。About the team
